Adult Volunteerism Coordinator
Rachel joined the Volunteer Center staff in November 2010. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising. Her volunteer experience includes the Amarillo SPCA and an internship with the VCL.
Her role within the Volunteer Center of Lubbock is to support adult volunteerism, connect volunteers with Agency Partners’ volunteer opportunities, coordinate volunteers for the United Way’s Education Matters initiative, and give presentations to increase awareness about how to get involved in addressing community needs.
Besides spending time with her husband, Rachel loves to run with her two dogs Petunia and Leila.
