DENISE VAN BUREN
Development Director
Denise joined the Volunteer Center staff in January 2010 on a part time basis. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. She has worked for various non-profit organizations in Nashville as well as in Lubbock.
Her role within the Volunteer Center includes fund raising events such as the Annual Golf Tournament, the Cornucopia Luncheon, and the annual Volunteer Center's fundraising campaign.
Besides reading, Denise enjoys traveling, movies, and spending time with family,
friends, and her dog, Cocoa.
