Sara Rice joined the Volunteer Center team in the summer of 2007. She graduated from Texas Tech University in May of 2007 with a bachelors in human development and family studies, and a minor in mass communications. She is currently enrolled in the masters program at Tech, working toward her masters in public relations. Sara has a passion for youth and wants to work with them as much as possible.
